#Journal of a slightly relaxing Dutch Pixy 🧚🏼‍♀️ (Saturday, 22/03/2025).

@tldr 🤖 please do your thing for me.

I woke before the alarm. Just... I thought I was an hour early but then I realized it was just a few minutes... I got up and did my usual things. Scale, dressed, meds, Arwen... Arwen was happily eating when I got my bag and headed to Skoosh.

I checked my social media, answered some messages here and there, and then I got to the seated bike. Unfortunately my leg wasn't in the mood for a long ride and after a while, the tingling got so bad that I had to stop. My leg was very numb and it took some minutes for me to regain some normal feeling in it. I went to the massage chair, as I was so bummed about the discomfort. After ten minutes, I changed my shoes and headed back home again.

Washed up, changed clothes, and had brekky. Then I checked the weather before going out with Arwen. It seemed my jacket was a bit too warm for this night. This is the weather where one jacket may be too cold whole the other is too warm, I guess... There was a wee bit of rain (that wasn't mentioned when I checked the app...) but it wasn't too bad. We had the "medium" walkies and Arwen seemed to enjoy all the sniffs.

When we got back, I changed clothes and tried to ride the hometrainer for a bit. Then I got my abs-roller and dumbbells and did some of those exercises as well. Yay me.

I changed clothes again and then I decided to get my laptop out. I wanted to buy the book that my sweet friend gave me money for, so that I could transfer it to my eReader and start it. Of course, this wasn't as easy as it should have been. I could not just "hook up" the reader and grab the book to it. Nope...

I had to log out of my account, as I needed to log in with the bol account. So it restarted the whole reader, deleting all my progress and settings 😔. When I was finally logged in, it did download the book for me. And, fortunately, it also kept the books I had on it. I just lost all my stats and progress, which is a bit of a bummer...

I fixed some food, took Arwen out for walkies, and then I started the book. After I had changed all the settings to my likings again... I was halfway through chapter one when it was time to take Arwen to the Herperduin. I had promised her a swim and all, if the weather would be decent. Which it was...

We had a lovely walk, and Arwen got some swims and playtime in. 😊 We walked back to Skoosh after that. When we got back, I relaxed some more with my new book. Of course, Arwen wanted the usual walkies at 9 again so no rest for me this morning... Four walkies between 2 and 10, it was a wee bit much... But yeah... All to keep my gall happy...

When we got back, I started to get a slight but annoying headache. I retreated to the couch with some telly, and after a while, I just took some painkillers, as it didn't improve.

It helped a bit, which was fortunate, as it meant I could enjoy the walkies with N&B some more.

Some relaxing before bed time. I prepared everything and Arwen did a last wee. Then... It didn't take too long to fall asleep. I woke once for the loo, thinking it was almost time to get up. Then, I woke again from a werid dream. It was an hour before my alarm but I was wide awake. So I just decided to get up...

@PixysJourney The image shows a large, chocolate brown dog standing in shallow water. The dog appears to be a Labrador Retriever, with a thick, wet coat that glistens in the light. Its ears are floppy, and it has a broad head with a short muzzle. The dog's eyes are focused on something to the side, and its mouth is slightly open, possibly panting. Water droplets are visible on its fur, indicating it has been in the water for some time. The water is rippling around the dog's legs, suggesting movement. The background is blurred, with no distinct features, emphasizing the dog as the main subject. The overall scene suggests a calm and natural setting, possibly a lake or riverbank.
